So, we recently posted about our building and our parking lot issue.

As we move forward we are working to implement low impact design to create our parking lot. What is this, you ask. We’re trying to learn the same thing!

Read all about the importance of low impact design and why it matters in today’s Seed and the Story column via the Boiled Down Juice site.

And here’s our question to you:

Would you like to help us get folks from the U of A Community Design Center here to talk about how we, as a community, can start implementing these ideas in our daily lives?

We’ll be using these ideas at the McElroy House and we’d love to get a community discussion going on how we can all make decisions now that will build a better tomorrow for our grandkids grandkids! Contact Meredith to get involved: meredithmartin_moats (at) yahoo.com
